Christian From was born in Denmark where he gained a drama degree. He work for a number of Danish physical theatres, before moving to London where he went to London contemporary dance school.  
He has since worked with a variety of companies, choreographers and directors as a performer.
Including: Rick Nodine, Melly Still, Marc Brew, Peut-etre theatre, Kim Brandstrup, Deborah Warner, Crucible arts collective (D), Saga Dance Collective (DK), IRONIC, Young Vic, and most recently with Clair Cunningham and National Theatre of Scotland
He has also has a keen interest in inclusive dance practise and worked for The Candoco Foundation Course in Dance for Disabled Students
